: The Onondaga County Permits PortalYou may use this website to submit online Applications for Permits. Once you submit your online Permit application (and associated online payment), we will process them within two business days.
To begin click the "Submit a Permit or Payment" button in the menu above.
Registration is NOT required. However, if you plan to make multiple payments or submit numerous permits, then Registering a Profile would be recommended.
We will slowly be adding new Online Permit applications into this portal, one by one.
So if you don't find the Permit application you need, then please return to the

website for more information.
